Focus Group Facility
Synergy’s new, state-of-the-art focus group facility in Fairlawn, Ohio (close to Akron and Cleveland) provides a high-tech and highly comfortable location for our customers locally and around the globe to conduct necessary research. This facility allows Synergy to expand its reach throughout Cuyahoga, Medina, Portage, Stark and Summit counties.

The 3,600-square-foot facility boasts a large, open participant room with two breakout areas; a spacious and elegant viewing room, which seats 12 and includes an in-suite restroom and a private entrance; two discussion rooms with plenty of space for relaxed conversation; and a welcoming waiting room.
All of the conveniences that today's businesspeople demand are available, such as wireless Internet service and state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment. Confidentiality and comfort were a significant consideration in the design. For example, a double-glass mirror and highly insulated walls and ceiling in the viewing room reduce the chances of viewer remarks filtering into the discussion room.
